Positive: Bed really comfortable great location I like to walk was very pretty area Bathroom quite small but great for me on my own- drain in the shower smelt bit funky Parking was a big bonus Kitchen was well equipped- rubbish bin draw a little bit smelly
Negative: Beds would be great to have spare blankets especially in these colder months Just short of spare tea towel or dishcloth (was there 1 week) if I had spilt anything (lucky I did not) there is however a scrub pad Overall was really great value for money-cute little dog :)

Positive: Comfy beds Great having 2 rooms Location was easy to find Reasonably priced
Negative: Bathroom needs a bit more cleaning, floors dirty Dishcloth provided but no tea towels for drying dishes Checkout time was different from the booking confirmation 10-11am compared to the message sent 9-10am Parking spot could be shown in photo as it was unclear if you were supposed to park in front of the garage.

Positive: The location was perfect to get to the Sir Owen Aquatic Centre for my daughters swimming competion! The place was generally tidy. Quiet & private. The beds were average :)
Negative: On arrival the place stank & the smell was due to the rubbish bin in the kitchen not being emptied since who knows when! We had to empty it & take the bags to the owner who told us just to place it in the outside bin. There were also 2 x cockroaches & ants that we had to get rid of. We also had to ask for tea towels - the lady didn't know what these were eve after saying "to dry the dishes"! She just gave us rags! We also had to ask for clean towels as well.
Summary: This is a place that needs a bit more care & attention to detail :)

Negative: Would be good to have standard tv channels so we didn’t have to login internet tv to watch news etc - Milk in the fridge for a cuppa would’ve been nice and access to Wifi.

Positive: Perfect quiet neighbourhood, very friendly and supportive host, spacious accomodation, well-equipped kitchen. Free parking on site. Very clean. Big plasma TV connected to Wi-Fi.
Negative: Quite bad mobile data at apartment, probably because of the hill aside, but Wi-Fi is stable and fast. No towel change service was offered, but maybe we had to ask :) Overall - very nice stay!

Positive: Great size for the purpose of our trip. Deck area is great. Perhaps you could section it off to make it a little more private. (As deck wraps around to your home I presume).
Negative: The only negative was the shower could potentially use a deep clean (mould building up in corners). Perhaps you could add a mirror to each bedroom too 😊

Positive: Cleanliness was incredible. Location was beautiful and isolated
Negative: The parking spot I thought was allocated was already occupied, i wasn’t ever sure I had the right place until I was already on the property. There was no info pack; wifi, local taxi info, where to put towels, how to use tv etc. The house the flat was part of was open and we originally walked straight in to their garage and had access to their house, was they able to do the same?
